Brief Specifications. Cast Iron Surface Plates with handles are made of close grained high
quality iron.
Casting strains are eliminated either by natural ageing or by artificial seasoning.
Grade A : Handscraped and spotted.
Accuracy : ± 0.002 mm per 240 mm length.
Grade B : Ground handscraped.
Accuracy : ± 0.008 mm per 300 mm length.
