Push-ups

During the 1980s, push-ups, also known as rocket pops, became popular. Push-ups were composed of many different ingredients, from ice cream to sherbet to yogurt. The mechanism varied by brand: some consisted of axles, wheels, and cylinders; others used just a stick in a tube. The consumer pushed up the bottom and licked the product at the top. Today, push-ups continue to be made by a number of companies, including Nestle. Their new product line consists of vanilla-flavored sherbet with chocolate, strawberry, or caramel.
