13.2.4.3 Conduct End-User Training
This task ensures that all end users undergo the requisite SAP training prior to the Go-Live phase.
It should be in line with the plan and schedule prepared during the Realization phase.
The basic input for this plan is the Business Process Master List (BPML) compiled during
the Business Blueprint Phase and the Job Role matrix prepared during the Realization Phase.
Consequently, the training plan ensures adequate coverage of all types of end users but at the
same time avoids redundant training. The later is not only a drain of resources but may also lead
to losing precious time on a project that may be under tight schedule by this stage of the project.

The objective of this task is to ready the technical infrastructure and establish the system admin-
istration for the production system.
13.2.4.4.1 Establish Production System Administration
This subtask aims at establishing the system administration for the production system that entails
installation of the CCMS system. The right kind of infrastructure coupled with a matching system
administration setup contributes toward high performance of the system and maximization of the
availability of the system:
1. Configure CCMS for Production Environment.
2. Configure Production System Printing and Spool Administration.
3. Train System Administration Staff.

The purpose of this task is to test and validate the configuration of the system infrastructure as
well as the system administration procedures devised for managing the system:
