che Ansätze versprechen wertvolle Informationen, um neue Vermeidungsstrategien
zu entwickeln.
Spezifische PCR-Reaktionen bzw. Microarrays sind auch zur taxonomischen
Identifikation von Mykotoxinbildnern geeignet. Häufig zeigen bestimmte mykoto-
xinbildende Spezies nur marginale morphologische Unterschiede zu nichtbildenden
Spezies. Eine genaue Identifikation der Spezies ist aber für bestimmte Fragestellun-
gen der Lebensmittelsicherheit unabdingbar. Diese neuen Methoden der Identifizie-
rung können daher helfen, diesbezüglich zuverlässigere Aussagen zu machen.
