18. Choose from the drop-down lists for each type of caption to specify
the appearance of the box that outlines the caption.
19. Specify the font face, size, color, and justification of the text within
each caption type. Remember that this area is defining the default
appearance of each caption type; you'll be able to customize them
later if you want to.
20. Choose the color, width, and transparency for the highlight boxes.
Like the captions, highlight boxes may be edited individually later.
21. Click OK to save your changes, or Cancel to close the window
without saving your changes.
22. Once you've set all the recording options, click OK to return to
the recording control box. From there, you can begin recording
your movie as described in the following section.
Recording Actions on Your Screen
Once you've defined the area of the screen you want to record, turn on
the Captivate recording function, then simply perform the tasks you
want included in your movie. Although this is a simple process, there
are a few things you can do to ensure that the process goes smoothly.
Starting and Stopping the Recording Process
When you've set the recording area and specified the recording
options, you should have the recording area indicated by a red outline
(unless you're recording the full screen) and the control box displayed.
