Select the options you want to use the next time you run the spell
checker.

To cause the spell checker to do this:
Ignore capitalized words
Skip over all words that start with an uppercase letter such as
“Captivate.”
Ignore all-caps words
Skip over all words that are all uppercase letters, such as acronyms.
Ignore words containing
numbers
Skip over all words that contain numeric digits, such as phone num-
bers or zip codes.
Ignore mixed case words
Skip over all words that have a combination of uppercase and lower-
case letters in positions other than the first letter. For example, select
this to cause the spell checker to ignore words such as “JavaScript”
or “RoboHelp.”
Ignore domain names
Skip over all words that may be Internet domain names (or URLs)
such as “www.harryafranck.com.”
Report doubled words
Display instances where the same word appears twice in a row such
as “the the.”
Case sensitive
Consider the capitalization when determining if a word matches an
entry in the dictionary. If the word in the dictionary is capitalized (as in
proper nouns), then the word in your movie must be capitalized or it
will be considered a misspelling.
Phonetic suggestions
List words in the Suggestions box that sound like the misspelled
word.
Typographical suggestions
List words in the Suggestions box that use letters similar to the mis-
spelled word.
