To hide a slide, do any one of the following:
From Storyboard view, click the slide to select it, then click
Hide
Slide
in the Slide Tasks pane.
From Storyboard or Edit view, right-click on the slide to display
the pop-up menu, then choose
Hide Slide
.
From either view, choose
Hide Slide
from the Slide menu.
From either view, select the slide, then hold down the
Shift
and
Control
keys on your keyboard and press the letter
H
on your
keyboard.
Tip:
Before distributing a movie with hidden slides, be sure to pre-
view it carefully. It is very easy to hide one slide too many, and it can
be very disconcerting for the viewers if you've hidden a slide that
contains information they need.
To change a hidden slide back to normal viewing, do one of the
following:
From Storyboard view, click the slide to select it, then click
Show
Slide
in the Slide Tasks pane.
From Storyboard or Edit view, right-click on the slide to display
the pop-up menu, then choose
Show Slide
.
From either view, choose
Show Slide
from the Slide menu.
From either view, select the slide, then hold down the
Shift
and
Control
keys on your keyboard and press the letter
H
on your
keyboard.
