Hiding a Slide
There may be times when you don't want the viewers to see a slide,
but you don't want to delete the slide either. Captivate has a hide func-
tion that allows you to leave the slide in your project but prevent the
slide from appearing in the finished movie. For example, you may want
to hide slides if they aren't yet finished, if you are using them as
placeholders for some future component, or if you are creating one
movie that will be delivered to multiple audiences and you want to
keep some slides hidden from some of the audiences.
Hidden slides will remain in the project, and you'll be able to see
them in both Storyboard and Edit mode. Hidden slides are indicated by
a diagonal line through the slide number and will not be exported when
you publish the Flash movie.
