5. The Audio Analysis field shows that the clip is Not Analyzed.
6. Click the circle icon next to Audio Analysis to analyze the clip and open the Audio Enhancements win-
dow.
7. The yellow exclamation point icon indicates that Final Cut Pro has detected the background noise on
Scene 7 Slate 15 Take 4. Click the Auto Enhance button to apply the fix.
8. Play back the clip to hear the result. Most of the background noise has been removed; however, it has
also added a flanging effect to the actress's speech. In the Audio Enhancements window you can see that the
amount added is 50%, which is quite excessive (see Figure 8.29).
