Step 3: Go to Image Menu Adjust Posterize and type in “21” in the open
text i eld. You should see 21 steps on screen.
Print this out and check how consistent the step is on your monitor as compared
to the print. Many i ne art printers also like to add this i le to their image test
prints with a layer in Photoshop outside the image area to help evaluate each
print as it comes out of the printer. Simply drag and drop the background layer
of this i le onto your image prior to printing, or Select All, Copy and Paste. You
may need to enlarge the Canvas size, Image Menu Canvas size.
