21. Highlight the “Click here” portion of the second line of text and then
click the Create Link icon. If you do not see the Create Link icon,
drag the right edge of the Edit Tooltip dialog to the right.
It may be too narrow to show all of the icons across the top.
22. In the Create Link dialog, under Enter URL, type www.wiley.com .
Click OK to dismiss the Create Link dialog box.
23. Enter 2000 ( 600 ) for Proximity Distance.
The Edit Tooltip dialog should look similar to Figure 4.2 (shown
previously).
24. Click OK to dismiss the Edit Tooltip dialog.
25. In the Properties panel, click Update.
26. You may need to zoom in or out a bit to make the tooltip appear.
When you do, zoom out until it disappears and then zoom back in
again to observe the Proximity Distance behavior.
The idea behind this tooltip is for it to appear when someone
studying the model comes close to the town boundary and perhaps
begins to wonder what town they are observing. The flag and tooltip
should look similar to Figure 4.6.

27. Click where it says “Click here” to test the hyperlink. Your browser
should open to the Wiley website.
