15. If needed, use the move gizmo to reposition the flag after you have
set its height. Place it at the center of the road where the center of the
blue line passes under it.
16. With the flag selected, right-click and select Properties to open the
Properties panel.
17. Click the empty cell next to Tooltip; then click the ellipsis button that
appears.
18. In the Edit Tooltip dialog, type Bimsville Town Limits and press
Enter to move the cursor to the next line.
19. On the second line, type Click here to visit the town website .
20. Highlight the first line of text and use the formatting tools to make
this text larger, bold, and colored.

If you know how to format text in other programs, you shouldn't have any trouble
completing step 20. Here's a quick walk-through:
1. Highlight the first line of text, click the drop-down list for text size, and
select xx-large.
2. With the text still selected, click the Bold button, marked with a B .
3. Click the color button, labeled with an A and some colored squares. Then
click any color you like.
