In-Depth Information
An asterisk indicates that you are beginning a new path.
2 Click and drag down to create a directional line that runs along about an eighth of an inch, or a small
amount and then release. You have created a directional line that will determine how your actual path
will be created.
3 Continue clicking and following the roof. Clicking and dragging a little is recommended to help create a
smooth path. The only time you don't want to click and drag is on a corner, where you will click and
release before moving on to create the next path.
Click and drag with the Pen tool, except when creating a corner point.
4 Continue to create your path. After the roof, the path becomes much easier as you need to only click
from one point to another to create straight connecting paths.
