Choose Metadata Group from the pane on the left and do a search for
Asset Filter
.
Double-click Asset Filter in the pane below to open the Asset Filter metadata group
for editing.

From the list of available metadata fields on the right, select Archive Status and click
Add to move it to the list of Selected fields on the left. Doing this will make the Archive
Status metadata field available for your users through the Advanced Search pane.
Click Save Changes when finished.

Quit the client application and then reopen it and log in as the administrator.
This allows you to see the new changes you made to the Advanced Search field.

Click the disclosure triangle next to the magnifying glass to open the Advanced
Search pane. For Archive Status, choose Equals from the first pop-up menu.
Notice that the Archive Status field is now a filterable option with three choices:
Offline—For assets that have been archived
Online—For assets that are in an online status
Unknown—For assets that have their archived version in an unknown state
(for example, archiving to tape and then putting the tape on the shelf)
