Click Continue after you have reviewed what you entered against the screen shot. Click
Done on the next screen to finish adding your metadata subscription.

10 In the Automations pane, click the Add (+) button. In the Automation Setup
Assistant, select Metadata Subscription and click Continue.

ger your email response for executive producer review. For Automation Name, enter
Ready for Executive Producer Review Email ; for Watch, select Assets. You're looking for
a change in asset metadata, not production metadata.
12 In the Metadata area, choose Status from the first pop-up menu, and then choose
Changes from the second pop-up menu. You choose Changes because you want to
trigger this email notification only if the status is changed. Click the Add (+) button
at the right of the Metadata area to add additional criteria.
13 From the first pop-up menu, choose Status; from the second pop-up menu, choose
Matches; and from the third pop-up menu, choose “Ready for Executive Producer
Review.”
14 Now your metadata subscription has been configured to look for a change in the
Status field to “Ready for Executive Producer Review.” Click Continue. We'll configure
the email response in the next dialog.
15 Click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the Responses dialog, and choose Email
Response from the pop-up menu. For Name, enter Email Response for Ready for
Executive Producer Review .
