In the new row that appears, from the first pop-up menu, choose Status; from the sec-
ond pop-up menu, choose Matches; and from the third pop-up menu, choose Ready
for Producer Review. Click Continue.
Now your metadata subscription has been configured to look for a change in the Status
field to Ready for Producer Review. You'll configure the email response in the next dialog.

Click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the Responses dialog, and choose Email
Response from the pop-up menu. For Name, enter

Complete the remaining fields as shown in the following image. Use the Insert
Metadata Field pop-up menu for the bracketed ([ ]) text items.
