When you're finished, click Continue to go to the Summary dialog, and then click
Done to save your update automation.

Now that you have investigated how the Review and Approve default template and auto-
mations work, let's enable them and trigger their functionality. You'll add a reviewer,
changing the Status metadata field to Ready for Review, and trigger the email response
that is set up by default.

Open the client application and log in as the administrator.
NOTE
The reason you're logging in as an administrator here is to view the Final Cut
Server logs so that you can see your email response happening. If you do not have an
SMTP server available, the log will provide proof the automation works.

If you didn't configure an SMTP (email) server during the initial installation of the
server application and one is available, open the Administration window and enter
the SMTP server address provided by your network administrator.

In the asset pane of the client application, do a search for
SR0191 010
. Double-click
the resulting asset to open the asset info window, and click the Review & Approve
button at the top.
