After reviewing the information, click Continue to go the Response window.
The Response window opens to assist you in adding responses to your subscription.
These responses represent what occurs when the criteria in your metadata subscrip-
tion are met.
In the list on the left, you can see that you've added one response: Email response.
The Email response settings are on the right of the window and display the configu-
ration of the actual email that will be sent when a user triggers the subscription (by
changing the Status metadata field to Ready for Review).
One of the most powerful features of subscriptions is the ability to add metadata
from the assets that triggered the subscription directly into the response.
The Review & Approve pane of an asset has a “Required reviewers” metadata field. In
the Email pane of the Response window, the To field has “[Required reviewers]” inside
it, and the Subject has “[Title]” in it. You can insert any metadata field information
into a response by putting brackets around the EXACT field name, or by choosing a
field from the Insert Metadata Field pop-up menu at the bottom of the Email pane.
Before clicking Continue, let's add a dummy account to the From field. Some orga-
nizations maintain tight control over email, and this account might have to actually
exist, while in smaller shops it's commonplace to make a fake email address.

Next, let's add the “Editor's comments” field from the Review & Approve pane so that
you can add those comments automatically to the email.
11 In the body of the email response, press Return to add a space below the first line, and
then choose “Editor's comments” from the Insert Metadata Field pop-up menu.
