Ensure files and folders you create for the project in question always have
the same color label applied. Apply the color label to any existing files.
Files can be bulk labeled by selecting them all and opening the Multiple
just select from the entries beside the Label heading in the dialog box.
Obviously, for this trick to work, you won't be able to use the color label
you choose with any nonproject files!

Open Spotlight search (hit
COMMAND
+
SPACE
) and then type
LABEL:
, followed
by the color. So if the project files are colored blue, I would type
LABEL:BLUE
.

Listed beneath should be all the project files. At the top of the list of results
in Spotlight will be an entry: Open All in Finder. Click this.

In the Finder window that appears, click the Save button near the top
right, and—in the dialog box that appears—give the saved search a name,
perhaps relating to the project. Be sure the Add to Sidebar button is
checked, and then click the Save button.
Accessing the Saved Search
From then on, you'll see the saved search on the left of the Finder window in
the Favorites list. Clicking it will show all the project files, no matter where
you've saved them or what type of file they are. To create an alias of the search
somewhere else, such as the desktop, right-click the search and select Open
Enclosing Folder. In the Finder window that appears, click and drag the saved
search to wherever you want the alias to live, but before releasing the mouse
button, hold down
OPTION
+
COMMAND
. Later, double-clicking the alias will open
the search.

Make Movies, Screencasts, and Podcasts
Despite its name, QuickTime Player can help if you want to record a movie
of yourself using your Mac's built-in camera and if you want to create a
screencast (that is, a movie of what you're doing on-screen). You can also
create audio podcasts using QuickTime Player.
