stand the profound influence that the development and application to the human daily
life, and enables the student to follow close on the development step of the times. It is the
course with doughty utility and the operational. On the other hand, it may raise the stu-
dents' good information accomplishment and makes the information technology as the
support to lifelong studying and the cooperation studying and so establishes the essential
foundation for the adaptation to study, work and live in information society.
The information technology course not only enables the student to master a tech-
nique and it is more important to enhance students' comprehensive accomplishment
under the guidance of modern teaching theories and the theory of learning. Reforming
and the attempting in the teaching method, paying attention to the information tech-
nology' samalgamation with other curriculum knowledge, using many kinds of modern
teaching method which can fully manifest the students' main body status, creating the
environment of independently studying and development with cooperation for the
student, using the dynamic nimble evaluation criteria and method, raising students'
innovative idea, enhancing the students' ability to gain, retrieve, analyze and process
information, and all these are purpose of the information technology course.
This course's educational model was formerly unitary and the teaching method was
unable to stimulate students' interest to study. More teachers use the teaching method
of indoctrinating and pay great attention to the tendency of the knowledge imparting. In
this situation. Students study by the way of accepting and memorize mechanically.
Students' interest of study is neglected .The initiative to study is constrained. All these
do not favor in raising students' spirit of innovative and the ability of practice.
The teaching practice in recent years proved that the teaching establishing basis of
the subject teaching method conforms to the information technology course charac-
teristic and can fully mobilize students' initiative and raise their ability of exploring
initiatively and make them become the main body of information processing, the ini-
tiative constructor of knowledge significance. Simultaneously it can enhance students'
ability of information technology application in a short time and can raise students
ability of information technology innovation and solving problems to enhance stu-
dents' information literacy.
3 Analyzing with Subject Teaching Method
In the information technology course teaching, we usually use the way of teaching
which is traditionally taking the knowledge as the standard, namely we teach strictly
bases on the knowledge system of teaching materials and accentuate the integrity of
knowledge and take excessively more time into tuition of knowledge and goals such as
method and emotion were still neglected. In the process of teaching each part of
knowledge, we teach according to the principle of “propose-explain-cite”. And this is a
