teaching, driving task, guiding students into process of studying, guaranteeing ratio of
success.
The subject teaching method is an effective teaching method. According to the goal
of teaching and actual situation of students, it establishes the subject in the teaching
process. Then it designs corresponding teaching steps and activities according to
“subject”. Simultaneously this teaching method attempts to establish a kind of situation
or approach similar to the scientific research. It makes students choose and confirm
related subject from study, life and social practice under the teachers' guidance. It
makes students explore, discover and experience on their own with the similar way of
scientific research or experiment. At the same time, it makes students be capable of
collecting, analyzing and estimating about information, and it enhances students' el-
aborative faculty and creativity and trains student's innovative spirit and practical
ability from achieving and applying knowledge, and resolving problems [1].
The subject teaching method has much superiority which traditional teaching
methods don't have. It is why we apply it in the information technology course:
First, it is uniting of teaching and studying. The subject teaching method is a kind of
teaching to the teacher, but is a kind of studying to the student. Uniting the both suffi-
ciently about” subject” incarnates the principle of unifying about teaching and studying.
Second, it embodies students' subject status fully. The subject teaching method takes
the subject as the center, and it is for the purpose of stimulating the students' enthusi-
asm to study, promoting students' inspirit of innovating, enhancing students' ability of
thinking and practicing. It stresses that students are the main body of study. It thinks
much of bringing up students' inspirit of exploring, ability of practicing and con-
sciousness of cooperation.
Third, it is further extensions of teaching material, and it is grasping knowledge
system in the round. The teaching material has the indispensable status in the teaching,
but any teaching material is impossible to include all discipline elementary knowledge
and newest research results. The subject teaching method can maximize stimulate
students using the rich extra curricular resources, such as network, the library, the life
practice and so on. It can unearth the teaching material knowledge thoroughly, and
grasp foreland theoretical knowledge with some depth and breadth comprehensively.
Fourth, it is further enhancement of knowledge and accomplishment. The subject
teaching method usually requests the student complete the subject duty through coop-
erating in the implementation stage. The student has mastered the knowledge, learned
the contact, strengthened the sense of collective honor and the sense of responsibility
and realized further enhancement of the knowledge and the accomplishment in the
collective cooperation and studies together.
2.2 Characteristics of Information Technology Course
A key character of information society is the circulation and the accumulation of infor-
mation. It is the essential requirement proposed to education that trains the student to
have the good information consciousness and information ability. The information
