2.1 Self-adaptability of Specialty Setting
The self-adaptability of specialty setting is the location result of career objective
group in the vocational education and its location does not only need to meet the
requirement of current occupation, but also should consider the sustainable develop-
ment of the students, namely, having certain ability of career transition and develop-
ment. Because the higher vocational education takes the post adaptability as the basic
connotation, along with the social and economic development and the progress of
science and technology, the division of labor in society is more and more specialized
and the division of labor at post is finer and finer. Therefore, it becomes the objective
development requirement to adapt to the vocational needs of different post groups, to
make targeted necessary setting of specialty and discipline adjustment according to
the characteristics of specialties and disciplines and to establish the post ability-
oriented curriculum system. This post adaptability which sets courses based on s the
posts and educates people by posts becomes the basic connotation of self-adaptability
of higher vocational education. There should be specialists who make follow-up study
on the typical professional posts so as to provide basic information about adjustment
for the self-adaptability of specialty.
2.2 Self-adaptability of Teaching Process in the Higher Vocational Education
Due to the particularity of vocational education, the major influencing factor of its
teaching process is the self-adaptability of syllabus, special-purpose teaching material
and teaching methods and so on.
2.2.1 Self-adaptability of Syllabus
Syllabus is the guidance document for the courses and is the reflection of knowledge
requirements in the specialty objective for vocational groups in the teaching process.
Because the vocational education in China started late, the setting of its course mainly
follows the undergraduate teaching materials. And the content of undergraduate
teaching materials pays much attention to the completeness of theoretical framework
of the courses, so the major problem of the self-adaptability of syllabus of the same
course in the vocational education is to weaken the completeness of theoretical
framework of the courses, to strengthen the application content of the course and to
pay attention to the pervasiveness of content for the vocational group and guidance of
it for the selection and preparation of teaching materials. Its purpose is to save the
time to learn the courses and make the students get more applied knowledge in a lim-
ited time, which is also an inevitable result of time limitation in the vocational educa-
tion, because the knowledge explosion does not make the human lifespan increase
obviously and there is a law for people to understand the knowledge they acquire.
Therefore, to raise the learning efficiency is a problem that should be solved in the
process of people learning culture.
2.2.2 Self-adaptability of Teaching Materials
The self-adaptability of theoretical teaching materials focuses on using the modern
scientific method to complete the theoretical validation content. For example, we can
