collective wisdom and strength of the majority of the clients. Giving dominance to
individuals is the intrinsic source of Web 2.0. In this way, it fully develops the
individuals' enthusiasm. Then the impact and wisdom contributed by the majorities of
individual, and the whole group's impact have taken the place of the impact brought by
the minority. And it exploits the potentialities of individual creation and contribution,
making the creativity be moved into a new level. The clients in the time of Web 2.0
don't have to have the circular motion around the portal site. They are the active
information distributors instead of the passive information receivers. They can fully
experience it and communicate and interact with each other.
From the information provided above, we can see that Web 2.0 is the process of
transferring from one-way transmission to interactive one. The traditional teaching
revolves round the teacher, classroom and the textbooks. Students are received the
teachers' role as “propagate cardinal principles, impart professional knowledge, and

From the table provided above, it is clear that the Web 2.0 education idea breaks the
time and area limitation in teaching and learning, emphasizing on students to be the
main body. The students will acquire the knowledge and build up their ability in
relaxed harmonious circumstance. It also provides different plans for the student to
make them interact and share with others, to experience the happiness of learning, to
obtain something they are interested in by themselves, to increase the interaction and
fully develop their subjective initiative. In that sense, the learners at the same time are
the sharers.
