Clued-up foodies get their contemporary smørrebrød fix at Aamanns, where open sand-
wiches are seasonal, artful, and served on Aamanns' own organic sourdough bread (head in
before 1pm to avoid waiting). The star option is the beef loin tartar, served with mushroom
emulsion, gherkin, pickled beech mushrooms, shallots and mini-potato chips. On week-
days, two simple dinner dishes are also served, one option always being meatballs.
