this Michelin-listed must, slap bang in Vesterbro's trendy Kødbyen ('Meat City' district).
Ditch the mains for three or four starters; the oysters are phenomenal, while the silky razor
clams, served on a crisp, rice-paper 'shell', are sublime. While you can book a table, dining
at the Manhattan-style bar is much more fun.
