an X-factor Kødbyen (Meat City) address. The bubbling, thin-crust pie is made with or-
ganic sourdough and topped with real-deal ingredients like buffalo mozzarella and pros-
ciutto di Norcia. If there's a wait for a table (likely), pull up a log at Mother's adjoining bar
and down an Aperol Spritz.
