Polygon. A polygon is formed when three or more edges are joined, making
a polygon, also commonly known as a face . There are several polygons on
each side of this cube, which you can see in Figure 2.21.

Element. An element is the entire combined object, containing vertices,
edges, and faces (see Figure 2.22).
