Two weeks on the islands
Once you fly into Bangkok don't rush away just yet, spend some time exploring the city and
all the sights it has to offer. Bangkok has earned its reputation as the "city of sin" in Asia so
drop by Patong to get an idea how it got that nickname. After you have had your fill you can
take an overnight bus down to the coasts to go diving in Koh Tao or to the infamous Ko Pha
Ngan for some full mooning. When you've had your fill of parties and snorkeling then cross
over to the Andaman coast to see the limestone cliffs and the quieter beaches. You can go
rock climbing in Rai leh with the pros or find a peaceful bit of coast on Ko Lanta. You will
find plenty to keep you occupied for two weeks or more without difficulty.
