This is the 601 component digital video standard for professional Post-Production
Studio Switchers, VTRs, DVRs, and DDRs. Our GridBall graphic expands to
cover most of the screen width, with Letterbox bars at the top and bottom.

Add the new Comp to the Render Queue (Ctrl
Shift
/).

Open the
Render Settings
dialog and
set the
Field Render:
to 'Lower Field
First', then open the
3:2 Pulldown:
drop-down menu and select 'WSSWW'.
This is the command to render the project that
converts 24 fps Comps to 30 fps movies. The
Appendix on 'Practical Concepts of Things You
Need to Remember' has an explanation of the 3:2 Pulldown process.

Keep the project's
Time Span:
set to 'Work Area' for this example, then
press 'OK' to close the dialog.

Output Module

to 'QuickTime' and the
