This keeps each piece of text in the same position relative to the
upper-left corner of each box.

8. Double-click the upper of the two copies of text to start the DDEDIT
command.
9. Enter DRAWN BY: and press . Pick the lower copy of text. The Edit
Text dialog box returns.
10. Enter DATE: and press . Press to end the DDEDIT command.
Doing this changes the text, so three of the boxes have their proper
labels (see the bottom of Figure 8.47).
