From 10pm until late on Thursdays and occasional Saturdays, Portofino sheds its formal
skin as guest DJs spin music ranging from swing to hip-hop to salsa, and visiting night

It's a tasty new brand, which means they don't have a fine aged rum yet, but their white
and spiced rums are quite good. Tastings are free, but for the moment there are no factory
