Produce Expected Outcomes
Produce the outputs enumerated in the previous phase. If there are no templates
for the outputs, be sure to produce templates as aids to the next IA

production of outputs can be a very large effort. The presence of tools, templates,
and methodologies that facilitate the production process permits multiple efforts
to occur in parallel, and may provide an opportunity to capture best practices.
Tools may include a standard glossary, an interpretation guide (e.g., SOX legis-
lation interpretation), and spreadsheets to capture IA
2
P input details (i.e., who
has action items and who has delivered). Templates include an IA
2
P template
(see appendix A). Methodologies explain the tools and templates to ensure their
appropriate use.
