The second approach uses a sum of all correlation coef cient values in cities

where all indicators were known. This was done by 3 ways:

sum of absolute values of the correlation coef cient

sum of positive values of the correlation coef cient

sum of negative values of the correlation coef cient.

Sum of absolute values shows which indicators have the highest in fl uence on the

road traf c intensity regardless their sign. Low values prove a low correlation both

positive, and negative. Sums of positive/negative correlation coef cients of all cities

of individual indicators in one time span present which indicator has the highest
