2. Create a CSMREG user in the central monitoring system using transaction code RZ21
by choosing Technical Infrastructure | Configure Central System | Create CSMREG
User.
3.Execute transaction RZ21 andthen select |Technical Infrastructure |Availability Mon-
itoring | Configure CCMSPING Availability Monitoring.
4. In the next screen, click the Monitoring down arrow, and select Create System.
5.Theconnectiondataandmonitoringoptionsscreenisdisplayed.Inthisscreenenterthe
connectioninformationforbothABAPandJavastacks,aswellastheRFCdestination
for the CCMSPING, to check the availability of the systems.
6. In the RZ20 transaction code systems that are in scope for availability monitoring can
be assigned to the method for e-mail alert.
7. To configure the e-mail alert, copy the SAP-delivered method using transaction code
RZ21 and selecting Technical Infrastructure | Configure Central System | Assign Cen-
tral Autoreactions.
8. In Defined Central Autoreactions window, click the Create button and then click the
Create With Template button to copy the CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 method to a cus-
tom ZCCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 method, as shown.
