What you'll be doing in the next step is soldering one wire between the two leads of one power
resistor. Insert one of the stripped wire ends through the hole in one lead and loop the wire around to
secure it for soldering; you can trim any wire ends to create a cleaner joint for soldering. Solder this wire
to a lead, as shown in Figure 14-11. Don't be stingy with the solder; put a nice blob on both sides if you
can. We'll call this wire a lead wire because it will be soldered between the leads.
