sky Theatre, this rather unattractive modern hotel has an idyllic location right on the
lovely Pryazhka River. The monochromatic rooms have cheap modern furniture and
are a long way from charming, but the staff members are very helpful. It's located
rather awkwardly on tiny Madison Island, a 20-minute walk from just about anything
else.

Open since 2008, this surprisingly enormous hotel has more than 200
rooms, although you hardly notice it from the street. It's a sleek, well-designed place
aimed at business travellers and the upper end of the holiday market. The rooms are
spacious, with nice design touches, while the large Repin Lounge downstairs takes
care of all food and drink needs. It's a short walk from the main shopping street of
Vasilyevsky Island and the metro.

a stylish business hotel with excellent facilities and professional staff. The rooms are
classy, spacious and thoroughly modern, and some on the higher floors have great
views. It's a bit of a walk to the metro, but otherwise this is a very comfortable place
