A borderline contemporary spot, this place has massive, sensibly decorated rooms,
which feature polished floorboards, a separate sitting/luggage storage area, fine mat-
tresses, Aquos LCD TVs and minifridges. A cafe provides room service and the friendly
front-desk staff will arrange tours and confirm airline tickets.

Step back in time at this retro hotel, which ain't the result of savvy trend
following, but rather a likely lack of refurbishment since the swinging '60s. Original hip
decor includes an ancient phone switch box that would leave anyone under 20 totally
aghast. The hallways are the length of football fields - you can play a mean game of (take
your pick) shuffleboard, curling, bowling here. Cozy rooms do have colorful new bed-
spreads that scream
Austin Powers,
but everything else seems to have been untouched for
decades. Groovy.

The modernesque Saint Germain has great rooms to get comfortable in and the usual slew
of modern conveniences, as well as immaculate bathrooms. The rooms facing inward are
quieter than most and have windows onto a bright light well. There's a bar and cafe here.
