The Command event is configured by the Command tab of the Add Threshold dialog box
(see Figure 2-19).
The Command tab enables you to configure the threshold to run a single command or
script. You can specify the command or script, any arguments to the command, a working
directory, and the account the command or script is run as. The available choices are:

Local Service
Runs the command or script with the same level of access as the user,
but has access to network resources with no credentials.
