domain is divided into 2 parts: static fluid and rotating fluid. The static fluid is
the fluid portion in the straight ducts of the inlet and outlet where the fluid is
not rotating. The rotating fluid is the fluid surrounding the blades and enclosed
in the casing. The angular rotation of half a million rpm is to be applied to the
rotating fluid which is explained later.
