11.12 Sequence of work and programme - main roof area
A large span timber trussed roof covers the whole of the new residential block. The
roof plan is indicated showing the layout of the ridges, hips and valleys. Work to the
roof area is to be undertaken in three phase's i.e.
●
Area One - South roof and gables
●
Area Two - Central roof and gables
●
Area three - North roof and gales
On completion of the fixing of trusses to Area Two the roof coverings to Area One is
to be commenced.
