Good practice procedures are evident on the project with extensive use of timber
pallets to ensure that the materials are stacked clear of the ground. Subcontractors
are encouraged to place loose material on pallets adjacent to the works. Timber off-
cuts are to be placed in mini-skips. Materials stored on pallets are placed on pre-
prepared stoned up areas.
