Friendly, bright, modern and centrally located, Residencial Vinnus offers great value,
with simple and comfortable whitewashed rooms, some with pretty, blue-tiled bathrooms.
It's worth the extra investment for the spacious ones with kitchenette, but the pretty corner
doubles have great light. Excellent overall with a good attitude.

Spiffy Vila Galé is an imposing edifice whose green mansard roof dominates
Ericeira's skyline. Although its classic fin-de-siècle core has been rendered unrecognis-
able by recent remodelling, the hotel's modern amenities compensate for any lost historic
charm, and they include comfortable bedrooms, a fine cliffside pool area and panoramic
vistas. A few glitches like having to pay for in-room wi-fi grate, but low-season prices are
terrific.
Eating
Seafood is one of Ericeira's big tourist draws, and restaurants are everywhere.
