Extract Geometry
In some cases, you may need to extract the surfaces of the solid body. You can use the
Ex-
tract Geometry
command (click
Home > Feature > More > Associative Copy > Extract
Geometry
on the ribbon) to extract the surfaces of the solid body. Activate this command
and select
Type > Face
on the
Extract Geometry
dialog. Click on the face of the solid body,
and then click
OK
. Hide the solid body to see the extracted surfaces.
