As known, carbon intensity was not listed into national statistical system,
academic research institutions still strived to conclude a nearly true current carbon
intensity improvement rate. Their efforts made it possible to estimate that the
carbon intensity was decreased by the rate of 21-23 % from 2005 to 2010.
