The Berlin outpost of the new paleo food trend, Sauvage is the grown-up cousin of the first
branch that opened in Neukölln in 2011. Eating like Paleolithic cave dwellers means banish-
ing dairy, grains and sugars and concentrating on organic, foraged, hunted, grass-fed and
gluten-free ingredients. Dishes are hardly primitive, though, and feature carefully hunted
and gathered ingredients. Reservations required.
