Now, if you make changes to original feature, the mirror feature will be updated automat-
ically.
Mirror Geometry
If the part you are creating is completely symmetric, you can save more time by creating
half of it and mirroring the entire geometry rather than individual features. You can ac-
complish this by using the
Mirror Geometry
command. Activate this command (On the
ribbon, click
Home > Feature > More > Associate copy > Mirror Geometry
) and click
on the solid part. On the
Mirror Geometry
dialog, click
Specify Plane
and select the face
about which the geometry is to be mirrored. Click
OK
to complete the mirror geometry.
