Content of ash elements slightly increased in all samples at the beginning of fl ow-
ering stage. Maximal content of ash (12.3%) was observed in cultivar Minskiy Mutant.
Dynamics of calcium content on the stages of budding and fl owering was positive
in all clover samples. Maximal content of calcium at the beginning of fl owering was
observed in cultivar Daryal (1.82%) and the minimal content in cultivar Ustodlivy
(1.36%). Dynamics of potassium content was individual in different samples. Potas-
sium content had a positive trend in samples SL-38, Ustodlivy, Gornaya Saniba, and
Dargavski and a negative trend in samples Minskiy Mutant, Daryal, and Yaskravy.
Cultivar Daryal contained the largest amount of potassium at the beginning of fl ower-
ing (1.92%).
Phosphorus plays an important role in the formation of reproductive organs of
plants. Analysis of its dynamics revealed that its content at the beginning of fl owering
decreased in comparison with the stage of budding in all samples, except for Yask-
ravy. Minimal phosphorus content on the stage of fl owering was observed in cultivar
Ustodlivy—0.68 percent, the maximal content in cultivar SL-38—0.95 percent. Later
on at the stage of ripening, we observed further decrease of phosphorus content in the
samples.
Clover samples differed substantially in fat content. For example, in cultivar Yas-
kravy, this index remained at the beginning of fl owering practically on the same level
as on the stage of budding (change +0.05%). In cultivars Daryal and Minskiy Mutant,
fat content slightly increased (+0.11 and +0.09%, respectively). At the same time, fat
content substantially reduced in cultivars Ustodlivy (−0.35%) and SL-38 (−0.50%).
Despite this reduction, Ustodlivy had the maximal quantity of fat (4.90%).
