Wailuku
With six courts,
Wells Park
is the most frequented of any in the central area. This is the
headquarters for the Wailuku Jr. Tennis Program, and many of the island's tournaments are
held here. The courts are on Wells Street, which runs parallel to Main Street, Wailuku's
main thoroughfare.
Four more courts are available at the
War Memorial Sporting Complex,
but while
there's a nice backboard to practice on, these courts can be prone to a little more wind. To
reach the courts use the parking lot on Kanaloa Avenue off W. Ka'ahumana Avenue. The
courts are on the west end of the football stadium and accessible via a small sidewalk.
