Test zone is selected in the Zone drop-down box before you begin the import
process.
1. Click on the Import Terrain button from the button toolbar; the Choose
Import Plug-in window will appear (as shown previously in Figure 12.3).
2. Select HeightMap Import and click the OK button.
3. You will then see the Import HeightMap dialog box, as shown previously
in Figure 12.4. Click on the choose file icon to the right of the Height-
Map text, which is shown with three dots on the button.
4. An Open dialog box will appear. Browse to the folder that contains your
downloaded heightmap, select the file, and then click the Open button.
5. The Import HeightMap dialog box will now contain the path and file-
name of the heightmap. You can change the range of the heightmap by
amending the values under Configuration.
6. Click the OK button to import the image.
The new world will be imported. You can see the heightmap in Figure 12.9 and
its corresponding shape in the World Renderer in Figure 12.10.
