It can be assumed that some fragmental structural similarity of Melafen - organo-
phosphorus plant growth regulator, and ATP molecules (Figure 1 and 2) may de¿ ne
the binding with similar active sites. As a result, we may observe the both substances
actions on purine receptors. But the vectors of consequences of Melafen and ATP mol-
ecules actions are opposed to each. Also we must note that the global activating inÀ u-
ence of ATP applications to the Ca 2+ signal transductions at the EAK cells at the 7-8
days of development that was described by Zamai [20] and Zinchenko [21]. The main
metabolic pathways points are indicated and at this case [22]. It deal with the testing
of Melafen actions to the ATP-binding purinoreceptors at the base of some similarity
of ATP and Melafen molecular construction.

19.2 EXPERIMENTAL PART
19.2.1 Materials
Th e ȺɌɊ (“Bochringer”Germany), HENKS (138 mM NaCl, 5, 4 mM KCl, 1, 2 mM
CaCl 2 , 0,4 mM KH 2 PO 4 , 0, 8 mM MgSO 4 , 0, 3mM Na 2 HPO 4 , and 5, 6 mɆ D-glucose
ɢ 10 mɆ HEPES pH 7, 2), cytrat Na (PAN EKO Russia), DMPC dimyristoilphos-
phatidylcholine (“Sigma”), NaCl, KCl, CaCl 2 , KH 2 PO 4 , MgSO 4 , Na 2 HPO 4 , HEPES
(“Sigma), Ⱥ23187 (Sigma).

19.2.2 Methods
The cells EAK received by methods [21, 23]. The EAK induced at pubescent white
mice of males of NMRI introduction intraperitoneally on 10 6 cells of diploid strain of
EAC. The cells EAK insulated from mice on 7-ɟ days after the transplantation.
Thymocytes insulated by the pulping through the capron net from thymus the
white Wister rat. The cells were washed out three times centrifugation when 800 rate/
min. 10 min on medium of HENKS when 4°C. The pellet resuspended on medium of
HENKS in concentration about 1-5×10 8 cells/ml.
The pooled fraction of lymphocytes and platelets received after spontaneous de-
position erythrocytes from the blood of white Wister rat in the presence of medium of
HENKS (1: 1) and 5% citrate Na. The cell viability was estimated on cells overtone 0,
04% trypan blue and compiled in all experiences not less than 95%.
